A sneak peek at something new from Vortex that’s going to be released in 2017, the Razor AMG UH-1, aka the “Huey.” This little weapon-mounted sight is going be the leader in new holographic technology. It’s a durable aluminum chassis optic, that features fewer moveable parts and runs on one (1) CR123A battery. This optic also has the option of running off of a rechargeable LFP 123A’s, and can be charged using the waterproof, micro-USB port. According to Vortex, “the shooter should be able to see the New EBR-CQB reticle,the entire system has been engineered to virtually eliminate all traces of forward signature.” Looking at the picture of the sight, it looks like it’s going to be mounted on a QD mount and has different brightness settings.
