090811 – Atlanta – Atlanta police summoned their SWAT team to the corner of Nolan Street and Hill Street in Atlanta, Georgia Tuesday, August 11, 2009 where a stand off took place involving police negotiators and an individual woman who allegedly cut another person before 10AM and was refusing to come out of a dwelling.
