Sanford, NC — According to local news station ABC11 Bear Creek Arsenal, a well known brand for affordable AR15 parts and accessories, has been raided by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The report states that 30 people are currently in federal custody in relation to the raid.
The Lee County Sheriff stated that this was not a random operation by ICE and that it was the result of an ongoing investigation and is not isolated to one location. Sheriff Carter also stated it’s related to identity theft and fraud. Further details aren’t currently available.
