FRONTLINE DEFENSE – Firearms Training Center & Range

FRONTLINE DEFENSE

FIREARMS TRAINING CENTER & RANGE

Over the last 10 years Epic Tactical has reviewed guns and gear, but with the recently Covid outbreak there has been unprecedented run on firearms and as such we wanted to start doing a monthly review of firearms training centers and ranges across America.

FRONTLINE DEFENSE in Warrenton, NC, a Veteran- owned and operated business. The owner Paul Smith an Army veteran who served with the 75th Army Airborne Rangers and deployed to Operation Desert Shield/Storm with the US Army’s 24th Infantry Division. Upon returning home, Paul served with the US Army 509th Pathfinders, where he also commanded the US Army Special Reaction Team’s Sniper Unit at Fort Rucker, Alabama. We might add that Paul also attended the US Army Sniper School and graduated as a Distinguished Honor Grad.

When opening Frontline Defense Firearms Training Center and Range their goal was to create a one-stop shop for your firearms education, training and equipment needs. Located about one hour from Raleigh/Durham, they offer pistol, 100-yard, 300-yard rim fire, 500-yard and 1,000-yard rifle ranges and are covered. Love that as they stay open and let you use the facility rain or shine.

Frontline Defense has a magnitude of classes from your standard Conceal Carry to Advanced Carbine, Long Range and Intro to Competitive Shooting and more. Additionally they have added a new 2,500 square foot clubhouse and dedicated 625 square foot classroom.  They were recently on WRAL news (NBC) on being open during Covid 19 and its good to see a facility that believes in quality training and guidance as their leading principles.

No doubt there are several training facilities across America, but were standing by FRONTLINE DEFENSE as one of the leaders in North Carolina.  Paul stated – were a company that offers education, training and equipment with one-on-one customer service and a mission to “do it once and do it right”.

They are open Monday-Friday to members only, and open to the general public on weekends.
