Grass Roots NC a pro-gun North Carolina based group plans to sue due to a decision made by the North Carolina Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler who upheld a decision to continue a ban on concealed weapons at the North Carolina State Fair.
Gross Roots NC claims that if law-abiding citizens can’t have guns to protect themselves and their families at the fair, than the only people that will have guns with be criminals.
Grass Roots NC plans to ask for a temporary restraining order before the fair begins in just two weeks. Grass Roots will continue to fight to get guns unbanned at the North Carolina State Fair.
