Panera Bread Says “No Guns”

ByMichael

September 8, 2014

On Monday, Panera Bread became the latest U.S. company to ask customers to leave their guns at home. Panera is just another company that asks their customers to become victims in their stores. They are also another company to add to the list of easy targets for robberies.

Soon criminals will have nothing to fear as every store will become a “stop and rob” and there will be no one armed to stop them. At least I know where not to spend my eating out budget!

“The request is simply we recognize everyone’s rights,” said Panera CEO Ron Shaich during a phone interview Monday. “But we also recognize that we are building communities in our cafes and are where people come to catch a breath.”

So while asking to recognize everyone’s rights he denies everyone’s rights. Makes sense, Ron. Just goes to show you where he aligns on the “lets not be a hypocrite scale”. What are your thoughts on the issue? Given the fact that Ron Shaich wants us to recognize everyone’s rights, still confused, but ignore our second amendment rights is confusing to say the least.
