Primary Arms Optics: Why So Popular?

Primary Arms has been in the market for quite sometime and is famously known for their quality, budget-friendly optics. Big YouTuber’s like AK Operators Union, Mr. GunsNGear, and Sootch00 have been giving rave reviews on Primary Arms Optics. But what makes these optics so great?

According to Primary Arms’ website, “We were founded based on a simple idea that has become the cornerstone of our business: To provide firearms enthusiasts, professional shooters, and servicemen and women the highest quality optics at affordable prices.” Visiting Primary Arms Booth today, I realized that this company has their stuff together and I can see why they are receiving great reviews.

Primary Arms offers a wide variety of scopes and a red dots. Most notably, their Advanced Micro Red-Dot has been very popular among AR and AK shooters alike. With it’s small size like the Aimpoint T-1, but with a price point of around $170, it makes for a great buy. The 2 MOA is clear and crisp and the battery life is amazing, 50,000 hours to be exact. New for 2017, they re-designed the Micro Red-Dot and eliminated the top rubber buttons and changed it over to a rotary dial on the side.
When you add one of their affordable Magnifiers behind the Micro, it makes a great combo for any shooter, new or pro. Magnifiers start out from $69.99 all the way up to $99.99. Also this year, they decided to bring the shooters back out shooting, and they re-launched their 30mm Tube Red-Dot (Aimpoint Comp ML3 clone) and will be offering it in Black and Magpul FDE.

Looking at their scopes, I was really impressed at the different options available. They offer CQB options like the 1-6x24mm all the way up to hunting scopes like 4-16x44mm. All but a select few of their optics are illuminated. Recently, Primary Arms ventured out into more long range scopes and introduced their Platinum Series scopes that are 6-24x50FFP and 6-30x56FFP respectfully. Their Platinum Series of scopes are manufactured in Japan (which other high-end optics are being made…just Google it) using the finest glass and constructed in aerospace grade A6061-T6 aluminum. The Platinum Series of Scopes along with their other line of optics come with Primary Arms Limited Lifetime Warranty. Scope prices range from $169.99 all the way up to $1499.99 for their Platinum Series.

We look forward to obtaining one of their fine optics for review very soon! As always, ya’ll be good and be safe!
